Waypoint Partners advises Kingpin Communications on sale to TMP
Waypoint Partners is delighted to have advised Kingpin Communications on its sale to The Marketing Practice (TMP), an Oxford-based, global B2B marketing agency.
Media, data and audience insight specialists Kingpin Communications join TMP one month after the acquisition of Omobono. Supported by Horizon Capital, the deal solidifies the TMP’s ambition to represent a new, unique powerhouse in B2B marketing.
The combined group has locations in the US, UK, Germany and Australia will employ over 300 people. Clients include ServiceNow, Microsoft, Salesforce, Slack, Lenovo, SAP, and Fortinet.
