Matt's Biography

I have extensive experience of advising entrepreneurs and business leaders within the media and technology sectors. There is significant disruption and positive macro-impact delivered within these sectors and I’m passionate about helping clients unlock the potential of their businesses.

I’ve completed 28 transactions over 12 years of international M&A (sell-side and buy-side) sectors in the UK, Europe and USA.

Recent transactions include the sale of Born Social to Croud, Nomensa to Sideshow Group and Waste Creative to Keywords Studios.

Prior to Waypoint I was at ACF Investment Bank, where I worked on £500m of high-profile deals in the TV production space from both the UK and US office.

As a wolfdog owner, I get plenty of time in the outdoors to explore the UK’s hidden gems and mentally recharge.
