Gary's Biography

As a Director at Waypoint, my role is to work closely with all key stakeholders in a transaction setting, co-ordinating the input of the Waypoint team and managing the production of all key deliverables.

I have 8+ years international M&A experience with a particular focus on advising company founders on the realisation of their exit plans. Significant experience of cross-border trade and private equity deals across a wide variety of sectors, including technology and consumer. Prior to joining Waypoint Partners, I was at Grant Thornton where I advised on mid-market transactions throughout the UK.

My spare time is occupied with my young family and when the time allows, you will find me playing sports and trying to keep fit.
