I am an M&A corporate finance professional with a passion for creating something new. I love working with entrepreneurs – people with vision for their businesses, who aren’t stuck in their ways and who move fast. We look together into the future with a shared goal: to grow, change and thrive.
Creative businesses are different. They always want to build something new and significant. Helping to build and grow these businesses, being part of their story, is always based on earning trust: listening, hand-holding, and showing options they haven’t seen. I use my expertise in the corporate finance and M&A world to build relationships of openness and trust with our clients.
With my background in banking and professional services firms, I have worked both on the buy and sell sides and prepared for IPOs. I have worked in the UK and international markets on such mandates as the sale of an Israeli cryptocurrency company, a joint venture between two Greek consumer companies and the dual listing of a £300m market cap company on the London Stock Exchange.
