Waypoint has advised Growth Capital Partners (GCP) on its minority investment in award-winning social media and influencer marketing agency, Coolr.

Brands are consistently allocating a larger percentage of overall marketing budgets to social and GCP’s investment will help Coolr to deepen its service offering and expertise for its clients, while continuing the agency’s ambitious plans to scale further.

Coolr is one of the UK’s premier independent social media and influencer agencies. Founded in 2017 by Adam Clyne, Coolr has established itself as a powerhouse in the social media landscape, creating high-impact campaigns for renowned brands like Lidl, Samsung, Deliveroo, and Burger King. With a team of over 120 professionals based in Farringdon, London, Coolr is celebrated for its creativity and expertise in social media and influencer marketing. Their work has earned them more than 35 industry awards, including five prestigious Agency of the Year titles, underscoring their reputation for excellence.
