Originally from a management accounting and analysis background, I established a solid foundation in understanding where commercial value lies within a variety of industries and organisations, specialising in professional services.

Subsequently implementing robust new profit focused business approval processes at DigitasLBi and then driving improved sales capability as Head of Finance and Operations at a performance marketing agency enabled me to support sales and client service teams to deliver strategic commercial value.
